Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Please note that returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
